TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Jeanne and Co products are authentically handmade. Slight variations may occur but as always the integrity of the design always stays intact. All products are specifically made to order and due to the nature of these products, lead times of between 4-6 weeks are required before dispatch on jewelry and 3-4 months on intimates. Should Jeanne and Co not be able to deliver due to accidents, severe illness, labour strike, flood, fire or an act of God, the client will be refunded in full. All prices are displayed in ZAR. International prices are converted to USD at checkout once your country has been selected.
We do not offer re-plating or fixing services on jewellery items that tarnish or break. We also do not offer an alterations service on our intimates. Please contact your local jeweller or alterations lady for assistance.
Jeanne and Co reserves the right to change policy at any time.

DELIVERY POLICY

Local deliveries in South Africa can take anywhere between 3-7 days from dispatch date and 7-15 days internationally. Local deliveries to main city areas are +-ZAR100 and outlying areas from +-ZAR150. International deliveries are available on our international site and range from +-USD40.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sure you will love your Jeanne and Co purchase, however, if you wish to return or exchange your item/s, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being delivered. Item/s must be returned in a perfect, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, no earrings or intimates will be eligible for a refund or exchange. No used, fitted or tested robes, veils, hairpieces or garters will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you change your mind on the items, these items will also not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note, refunds and exchanges will be processed minus the cost of postage as well as an administration fee. Any cancellations or refund and exchange requests after 48 hours of the delivery of the goods will receive a 50% refund, minus the cost of postage as well as an administration fee. Refunds and exchanges can take 7-10 days for processing.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have a vision in mind and cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us at hello@jeanneandco.com with your custom idea and our team will let you know if it is possible and what the costs will be. We need at least 4 months on custom orders.

SHIPPING

All Jeanne and Co items ordered directly on our site are lovingly packaged in one of our bespoke boxes so they arrive safely and can be treasured for years to come. Local orders are sent via Fastway or Globeflight and tracking numbers can be provided at the time of dispatch on request. International deliveries from South Africa can take anywhere between 7-15 days on express orders. Our preferred courier of choice is DHL Express or Aramax. Jeanne and Co will not take responsibility for mishandling of the product by the courier company. Customs regulations are different worldwide. Please check with your local authorities for customs duties payable on imports. All customs charges are for the clients account.
